Letterpress Class!

I took a letterpress class this weekend and it was so. much. fun. If there's a class in your area, I highly recommend taking it. Yay.

missing you.

i don't say i miss you 

to hear it said back.

i say it cuz its easier

than listing all i lack.

i miss you is way more

than what the words imply.

cuz i miss the two of us -

the laughter and mince pie.

snuggling on the couch,

sitting with my thane.

going on evening strolls - 

i miss the mundane. 

i miss saturday mornings, 

just laying in bed. 

i miss saying nothing

just scratching your head.

your arms holding me close

warming more than skin.

kisses that feel so good

they warm my soul within.

i miss the small things. 

i miss the big things, too.

but most of all i just miss

it being me and you.
